History and Mission​

HoriSun Hospice Community Foundation was created to disburse the donations that are received from families, estates, etc. in memory of their loved one. HoriSun Hospice Community Foundation seeks to return those funds back into the community for the betterment of Lincoln and its surrounding communities. None of the funds are used to assist the foundation in any monetary manner, and all donations received are put back into the community. HoriSun Hospice Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3), non-profit entity.

What We Do

HoriSun Hospice Community Foundation seeks to strengthen Lincoln and its surrounding communities through grants made to organizations and projects. The Foundation supports a broad range of activities which include, but are not limited to, health issues, issues on aging, grief support groups, and end of life issues. It also seeks to better educate and assist the general population when dealing with end of life issues.
